This project in North Perth comprised of both internal and external renovation works to an character home.
The existing Kitchen was converted into a Bathroom, Powder Room, and Laundry. While a Bathroom, WC and Dining Room were reconfigured to form a spacious Living Room.
The kitchen was relocated and fully remodelled and the original Laundry was transformed into a functional Mud Room.
A Store and Study became a Walk-In Robe and Ensuite, and various other updates and modifications completed the extensive home transformation.
