This project involved renovation, remodelling, and a second storey addition to prepare the home for multi-generational living, while also capitalising on the spectacular ocean views. Ground floor works including reconfiguration of a games room to provide a living room and kitchenette, as well as formation of a robe and preparation for a stunning open slatted staircase which leads to the new second storey. The first-floor addition accommodates a bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe, as well as a sitting room. The ‘beach-house’ style façade is perfectly suited to its ocean side location.
