This Claremont home was built in 1901 and originally used as a schoolhouse for Methodist Ladies College. After fifty years with the previous custodians, the new owners wished to undertake a full-home, contemporary update while remaining sympathetic to it’s heritage. The project included remodeling of the Kitchen, Laundry, Ensuite One, the main Bathroom and separate WC. Restoration, painting, fencing works were undertaken and a new, larger Carport with Store were added. The result is a stunning example of a contemporary classic style.
