This project in North Perth involved the construction of a second storey addition, finished in brick veneer, for seamless blending with the original character cottage. The addition comprises of a master suite with walk-through dressing room, ensuite and WC, a second guest bedroom, and a Study Space. The second storey addition was constructed utilising an aerated concrete flooring system for it’s thermal and acoustic benefits.
